Our principal has “been there and done that” during a career of more than forty years working on both sides of the table — as a commercial broker for property owners, and in the negotiation of leases on behalf of commercial tenants.

Keith R. Ayling is truly the guru of commercial leasing in Canada and the United States. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1970, eventually taking on the responsibility for a ten million square foot portfolio of retail, office, and industrial space as Director of Leasing for a publicly-traded retail and commercial property developer.
Keith later moved from his situation with this owner/developer to pursue a career in the more diversified arena of third-party property management with multiple property owners. Keith’s tenure in this newly-formed organization helped to build a regional player with over eight million square feet of property under management.
In 2001, Keith struck out on his own to offer his expertise across North America as a commercial leasing consultant. LeaseGuru.ca is the latest evolution of the service, allowing clients across Canada and the United States to access Keith’s expertise quickly and easily online.
